Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed. Our working days are Tuesdays-Saturdays.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the item description before purchase.
Within Singapore
Delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout.
For orders containing Art (Originals & Canvas Prints), it will be delivered by courier. We will be contacting you to arrange the delivery day & time.
For all other items, it will be delivered by Singpost/EasyParcel delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Once your order is packed, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
URGENT ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:
PRODUCTS (ESPECIALLY CANVAS PRINTS) SOLD IN OUR ONLINE SHOP MAY NOT BE IN STOCK/MAY NEED TO BE MADE-TO-ORDER. If your items are in stock, a same-day or next-day delivery might be possible, please contact us to check for stock availability.
International Shipping
For orders containing only small/light items (tea towels, cards, magnets, etc), the shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
For larger orders, there is a base shipping charge of $60. We will pack and weigh your parcel and then provide you with various delivery options and prices.
Depending on your chosen shipping method, a refund or top-up may be necessary.
Please note that oversized or heavy items may incur extra shipping charges. Additionally, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable to their country.

Returns & Exchange
We accept exchange, returns or refund within 30 days of purchase for defective items only. Local purchases can be returned in person or through mail.
All overseas refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used and will only be processed upon receiving the merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging.
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange or returns that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of exchange, returns or refund of merchandise.
